The Taxpayers Association of Europe (TAE) e.V. takes the protection of your personal data very serious. We treat your personalised data confidential and in accordance with the data security regulations as well as this privacy statement.

The use of our website is usually possible without the input of personalised data. Insofar as personalised data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected on our site, the input of such data always takes place, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data is not passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We explicitly point out that the transfer of data via the internet (e.g. during the communication via email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of your data from the access by third parties is not possible.

Contact Form

If you sent inquiries to us via the contact form, your information from such form including your contact data contained therein will be stored by us in order to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Newsletter Data

If you want to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we need from you an email address as well as information allowing us to verify that you are the owner of the stated email address and agree to receiving the newsletter. No further data is collected. This data is exclusively used for sending the requested information and will not be passed on to third parties.

The given consent for storing the data, the email address and its utilisation for sending the newsletter can be revoked by you at any time, e.g. by using the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

SSL Encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for reasons of security and the protection of transfer of confidential data, e.g. inquiries sent to us as site operator by you. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the website address in the browser, which changes from "http://" to "https://", and by lock symbol visible in your browser address bar.

When the SSL encryption is activated the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Right of Access, Blocking, Erasure

You are entitled to at any time receive information, free of charge, about your personalised data stored by us, its source and recipient, and the purpose of the processing of such data. You are also entitled to correction, blocking and deletion of such data. You can contact us at any time regarding the topic of personalised data. Please refer to the address stated in the imprint.

Objection to Advertising E-Mails

The use of contact data published pursuant to the obligation to provide an imprint, by third parties as means of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby strictly objected to. Should the operators of this website receive unsolicited promotional materials such as spam emails, the operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action.
